Vision

The aim is plain: anyone accountable at group level should see the whole picture at the same moment the person running a single company sees theirs.
That means one record instead of a set of nearly-matching reports, one approval path everyone can locate themselves on, and a history that can be looked up rather than reconstructed from memory.
The seven companies run at different speeds and on different systems, so the platform is built to hold that difference rather than to flatten it into a uniformity the work would not survive.
